EPCOT if no one is familiar with it actually stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. This idea actually originates from Walt Disney and although it has now become a very successful theme park, the park itself was not planned at all by Walt himself.

Wizarding World of Harry Potter progress report
The title is correct and as of spring 2010 Harry Potters home will be in the theme park Islands of Adventure. The park is not basing the land on any of the books or films in particular but as a collection of all of those as a franchise. A recent holiday break to Miami soon turned into a nightmare when police found what turned out to be traces of cocaine in the trunk of our hire car.
